About the Event
This is a fun and interactive event where ProStart Student Teams prepare and serve small plate tastings as well as display and share information about their management presentations to prepare for the statewide Nebraska ProStart Competitions. Dr. Ajai Ammachathram and his hospitality/culinary students will also have a station for students and guests to check out and learn more about the hospitality programs offered at the University of Nebraska-Lincoln. Attendees will sample the dishes while networking with industry professionals and meet Nebraska's rising culinary stars of tomorrow. There will also be a gift card pull for anyone to participate in!
